University Hospitals Cleveland has retained ex;it to perform a Visitor Experience Assessment, for the Case Medical Center Campus, to uncover patient needs in developing a masterplan to identify and navigate the new campus as part of their 2010 Vision including a new Cancer Center and Emergency care pavilion. ex;it is also retained to design a wayfinding program and donor recognition program for the new Ahuja Hospital as part of the University Hospitals Cleveland 2010 Vision.
