The Commonwealth Center in Chantilly, Virginia is a true mixed use development; comprising of 6 office buildings, a substantial, central retail hub and 2 hotels. There is nothing like it in the surrounding area.

An identity and signage package has been developed to brand the corporate campus and retail destination, under a single aesthetic. Custom fabricated signs conform to a structural standard for the development, but are color coded to delineate between the offers. It is important that the retail component be successful as it’s own entity, rather than be seen as a support to the offices, so banners, awnings and flags have been used to unify and define the shopping plaza, adding to the vibrancy of the offer.
