A comprehensive wayfinding program was developed based on the findings of the Visitor Experience Assessment.
The ensuing master plan recommended zoning the campus, connecting all parking areas to zone designations, creation of pre-arrival information kits, a new interior and exterior signage system, wayfinding guides with maps and training in directions giving for volunteers and staff.
